Professional Updates

I have a Trello now! I need to update a few things, but this way people won't have to wait for blog posts to see exactly where their story is in the process. If you have any questions about which one is your story, please feel free to message me and I'll let you know. I'm adding the link to the sidebar on here, but you can find it here as well!

I really want to get my Ko-fi started, but I don't have any icons for the shop x.x I have a friend who's willing to trade me for a short story or three, but I haven't figured out what I want the icons to be yet. Just stylized words of what is being sold (Short Stories, Long Stories, Tarot Reading, etc)? Stylized first letter of the name of the item being sold (SS, LS, TR, etc)? Something more sky-themed? A single icon for everything? Please feel free to message or email me with ideas!

I have a bunch of stories planned out for the Ko-fi store itself and a few that I started writing during my break from commissions. Quite a bit unfinished still, but a few that are done. So there's that to look forward to.

Also, I won a writing contest! It's with a story called Social Distancing and is getting a free illustration from a truly talented artist. I've gotten the lines recently and I'm more excited now than ever over it all! It will be available in my Ko-fi store, along with its partner, Long Distance Relationship. Once I get the money to spend, I might art for the second story, as well! I'm also turning the whole shebang into a series, but I'll take my time on said series so that I don't fall any further behind on commissions, promise!

I might have to wait until after I get back to get this blog back on track. I'm honestly sorry about that, since I know there have been a few writers who have offered a great piece of work to display, and thank you for all your patience.

Status Update

There's not too much to update on at the moment. I'm going to tackle Stockings tomorrow with a hard goal of finishing the first draft by Friday, soft goal of having it edited enough to send to the commissioner. 

I'll try working on writing The Potion and editing Stockings while on the trip, but I can't make any promises. There are just too many unknown variables at work. We'll be back the third week of July, but we're definitely going to need time to settle back in before I go back into writing. I should be able to start up again first week of August, though.

So far I have:

Completed - 10 stories

Writing - 2 stories lined up

Paid Commissions - 2 stories to write

Unpaid Commissions - 3 stories (potentially more, need client to secure ideas)

Personal Update

So here's the skinny. Last month we learned that my mil and sil have cancer, the former stage 4 in various parts of her body and the latter stage 3 in her bones. My mil has never met her granddaughter, and my sil hasn't seen her since she was born. So we're going to be gone for most of July. My mil has had high swings and low swings for craziness (I mean, actually something wrong with her- she tried to run over my partner when he was little), so this is mostly for my partner and our daughter. I'm hoping I won't need to, but I'm prepared to be their advocate while we visit.

Besides all that, I went through a personal low swing awhile back ago that came out of nowhere and have only recently recovered from it. It's why I've been struggling so much with the last two shorter commissions. I have to admit, winning the writing contest has helped a ton with that XD

Kiddo's growth has been insane lately. It's a struggle to keep up with what she can and can't reach, especially now that she's learned to use a step stool. She says new words every day, though will never do it on command. Her problem solving skills have made it a challenge to keep her from getting into things she shouldn't be into, but we're keeping our head about water. This will be her first plane trip, so I'm more than a little nervous. Trying to go into it as prepared as possible though.

1. In your own words, what is your kink about? 

Kink...Hmm. Thanks for asking. There's a lot that makes up who I used to be and who I am now regarding "life".

I am a Domme'. Well, Domme', Mistress, Madam. How most refer to me. However, if you know or have ever met me then you know what I really am and how rare it is. I am what they call a true ALPHA. Not a Domme', submissive or a switch. I do however have a couple main kinks that stand out.

I'm a sadist. I have no problem putting you to pain, should that be your desire, or "kink". If it isn't, I do have the ability to yield to that part of me... for a time. I'm also into bondage. I do that well.

2. What are the different spokes in this kink’s umbrella that you know of? 

Dominant, submissant, sadism, masochist. In life I've learned you're generally one of two things. A Dominant, or a submissive. Then there is the grey area. Princesses, Switches, Brats, (my plaything of choice), Drama Queens. Titles really. They describe what you are to your owner, or what your owner chooses to refer to you as, in my opinion. 

3. What spoke(s) in particular interest you? 

Umm... Umm... I choose Domme' for 500 Bob. I'm what is referred to as a bottom from the top. I will give you pretty much whatever, whenever. But only if you ask nicely. Tell me to do it. Watch what happens. ;)

A bottom from the top is someone who plays to other people's preferences to get the outcome they desire. 

4. As far as you know, is there an active online community for your kink? If so, are there any sites you can tell us about? 

Pretty much anyone of the Fetish sites. BDSM, kinksters I'd imagine. I rarely play online with the life. I'm an "arms length away" kind of Domme'. You can't inflict actual pain online. Make them "come" when you call. Instill fear by voice alone. 

Probably one of my more favorite constants is when they tell me, "When you say my name alone, my stomach twists into knots. I'm terrified I've done something that didn't please Mistress." This came from every brat. And yes. It brought this Mistress joy.

5. If you had to guess, about how long have you been interested in this?

Close to 30 years now. So at least two thirds of my life.

6. How did you initially learn about it? 

It wasn't a learning thing for me. More of a realization.

I realized in my early teens that I had the ability to talk pretty much everyone into anything I wanted. I figured it was because of my upbringing. I was taught to be polite, well mannered. Treat others like you would want them to treat you. It didn't hurt that I looked like a little kid well into my thirties. 

I was 16 when I divvied out my first task. This guy that was trying to gain my attention said, "Whatever you want. Just say the words. I'll do it." Being facetious at that time in my life I retorted with, "Do you have sandpaper at your house?" After he nodded I told him. 

"Go get it, cut it down to fit in the soul of your shoe. Wear the shoes to work. With no socks."

I went to his place of employment to see if he had done this insane thing I ordered. 

The bottoms of his feet were riddled with welts for blisters. In shock, and a little turned on by the power I seemed to have, it began. This life we enjoy so much. ;)

7. What kept you interested? 

I haven't mentioned I'm an exhibitionist have I? The excitement of it. The thought of how far can I take them? What will be too much, or too far? For the record. I had the last try to remove his own toenail with needle nose pliers because he didn't have his toenail trimmed as ordered. Just sayin'... I wonder when I'll meet one that I push too far. Hasn't happened yet. :D

8. Was there ever a time you thought you took a wrong turn down the rabbit hole? If yes, what happened? 

Not as of yet I guess. 

9. Was there ever a time that you thought it might not be for you after all? If yes, what happened? 

No, and a resounding yes. No because, I will always be this. Yes because there will come a time that I'm just too old and too tired to live this life actively anymore.

10. Do you think there are any specific reasons you’re interested in this kink? If so, what are they? 

I'd have to say the taboo nature of it all. The fact that society says this shouldn't be done. 

11. If you could clear up any stigmas or stereotypes about this kink, what would they be? 

I like this question. Did you know that in the Bible they condone masters and subservience. They talk about it in 1 Peter 2:18-25; Ephesians 6:5-9; and Exodus 21:1-6. (That I know of off hand) The fact that some are able to treat it with candidness. Even finding delight in it is "unheard of" in certain social circles. In Ecclesiastes 3:1 it says, “To everything there is a season. A time for every purpose under heaven.”

Sometimes, people need a keeper, they need direction, or they might  need correction. Sometimes maybe they even  need to be humbled... Along with others that this life is able to help them with.

12. Is there anything else you would like the world at large to know about your kink? 

I am very calculated. There is a reason behind everything I do. The reason I love this aspect of my life is because it's with the intention of making them into something better than they ever could have imagined for themselves. For me it's psychological.

Maybe that's why my weapon of choice in this life is mental warfare.

Grab Bag Friday: Updates Updates Updates

 First I want to apologize for not keeping this blog up-to-date. March was a crazy month for me and April isn't proving to be much better. I'm hoping to be back on track before this month is over, though.

Current Events: I'm editing two stories that work in tandem as a his perspective/her perspective (Social Distancing and Long Distance Relationship). One is going to a writing contest and the other to a Call for Submission. They're proving trickier to edit than I hoped, but I'm still making headway and, honestly, they were a lot of fun. If it goes well enough, there might be a new commission option once I open again.

Plans for the Month: I want to finish editing the set of stories and get them sent to beta readers before the end of next week. I'll also finish writing up Toy Maestro for a Call for Submission and make a decision on whether or not to continue pursuing The Glitch (I'm just not feeling it, for some reason x.x). 

The following week I'll be juggling a few things: I want to edit Toy Maestro so it can be sent to my betas, revise Social/Long Distance so they're set, and review The Willow, The Collar, and Guilty Pleasure to see if they can be cleaned up enough to be entered into the contest. 

The following week, I want to finish revisions on Toy Maestro, get the contest entries sent in, and start pouring my focus into Ko-fi, the shop, subscription rewards, and hopefully a few goodies for opening day. I hope to be able to work on things for Ko-fi on again off again throughout the month, but I will be pouring my focus into it in these final weeks so I'll have things worth purchasing and subscribing for when I open up.

  Hello my dears. As you might have guessed, commissions aren't moving much this month due to everything that's been happening and the need to focus on other things for a bit. I do have some exciting news though!

1. In your own words, what is your kink about?

Vore is a kink about being eaten/swallowed and or eating/swallowing another person.

2. What are the different spokes in this kink’s umbrella that you know of?

There is a lot of variation in this one, whether someone wants to be eating or eaten, whether someone wants to be digested, allowed to just sit there, or be thrown up at some point. There's also a lot of different- for lack of a better word- combinations. There's same size, micro/macro, macro/micro, etc. As well as willing and unwilling and unaware. That kinda stuff.

3. What spoke(s) in particular interest you?

I've always been big for same size and digestion (usually softer, like... kinda slimy?). But in general it's usually the actual swallow or description of it that is most interesting for me.

4. As far as you know, is there an active online community for your kink? If so, are there any sites you can tell us about?

Uh yeah! I know there's a couple of different subreddits, and it's very common on Furaffinity and DA. I believe Ariyon/Eka's Portal is specifically for vore, though I don't spend a whole lot of time there.

5. If you had to guess, about how long have you been interested in this?

My entire life actually. It's kinda wild because obviously as a kid you have no idea what "fetishes" are or anything like that. So I didn't really understand what it was until I was around 4th or 5th grade.

6. How did you initially learn about it?

A lot of movies contain vore of some kind actually. Like a shocking amount. Especially children's movies, which I'm pretty sure is how most people find out about it. But it definitely was for me.

7. What kept you interested?

I'm not sure... maybe prolonged exposure? Like I said, it's in a lot of movies, so...

8. Was there ever a time you thought you took a wrong turn down the rabbit hole? If yes, what happened?

Ah yeah, vore obviously has a lot of overlaps with other fetishes. Specifically though, an aspect of it can be "disposal" when someone is digested and... disposed of. It overlaps with ABDL* a lot, which is just a big no for me. Unfortunately I come across it a lot and just generally find it kinda grody

9. Was there ever a time that you thought it might not be for you after all? If yes, what happened?

Yeah, for a long time I had trouble pinning down exactly why I liked vore. So I did some searching, looked at some different kinds and such and found a lot of stuff I just... didn't dig. Was a major turn off of vore for me for a hot minute. Maybe a year? Before I gave it another shot and found a lot of stuff I really liked.

10. Do you think there are any specific reasons you’re interested in this kink? If so, what are they?

I'm not sure actually. I know for a lot of people it's a control thing? Giving up your own, or taking someone else's, but tbh I'm not sure what about it does it for me. Just what kinds.

11. If you could clear up any stigmas or stereotypes about this kink, what would they be?

The only stereotype I can really think of is "Psychopathic Preds". They’re just a completely non three dimensional character who are completely and utterly horrible and sadistic to their prey. Which does it for some people, so I don’t know, but not all vore is like that.

12. Is there anything else you would like the world at large to know about your kink?

Not really. I guess like a lot of other "wild" or "out there" fetishes, it's not usually something someone would actually want to happen to them? Some people I'm sure but no one who's into vore is gonna go looking for a big snake to feed themselves to or whatever.
